Murder Mystery Dinner

We had a 1920's Murder Mystery Dinner on Saturday. It was so much fun! Everyone helped with the dinner and really dressed up, which made it a lot more fun. The only thing I forgot to do was get a picture taken of Daniel and I! Other than that, the night went perfectly!

I love my boys

Winston is usually pretty good about getting his pants on the right way, but this time after me explaining that the big pockets go in the back, he insisted he had it right. I went to get my camera and he started running away screaming. He is wanting to be more and more independent. Most of the time I enjoy seeing him want to do things on his own, but sometimes it drives me crazy. Everything takes twice the time so we're usually late to everything. And after finding poop on the carpet and in his garbage can...I think we're going to attempt potty training. So, please help me if you have ANY tips on this...
Winston is SO sweet with Henry. At least twenty times a day Winston will say, "I love you baby Henry. I love you too!" It's so cute. He loves to give him hugs and kisses and really tries hard to be gentle with him. And whenever he tells me and Daniel to come somewhere or look at something, Henry is always included. It makes me so excited for Henry to get a little older so they can really play together.

He thinks he's so sneaky...

When Winston is doing something he knows he shouldn't, he goes into a corner or under a table...as if we can't see him. Here he is sneaking a cookie off the cooling rack before I can put them away. It was so funny! (What was not so funny...Winston hiding behind the couch, ruining a brand new thing of lipstick I had in a side pocket of the diaper bag)

Dancing to Shrek

video
This is how Henry spends his days. I wish I could say he spends his nights the same way, but that would be a lie.

Daniel, his friend Tyler, and Winston cut down this tree in our backyard this morning. It was such a messy tree so we were happy to see it go down.

Winston staying hydrated.

I forgot to take a real before shot, so this is a during shot.

After.

Winston's cousin, James, had his birthday party at "Bouncing Off The Walls". Winston loved it!

My Grandma Fenton gave us a boquet of flowers that came in this little vase shaped like baby booties. I had washed it out and put in the cupboard. The other day I saw Winston putting his feet in and then scooting around the kitchen. It was so funny!
